Rosemary Cross Baker, 69, Lady Lake, Fla.

Rosemary Cross Baker, 69, of Lady Lake, Fla., formerly of Bryans Road, died Dec. 24, 2012, at The Villages Regional Hospital, The Villages, Fla.

Born March 3, 1943, in Washington, D.C., she was the daughter of the late Terry M. Cross Sr. and the late Jane E. Howard Cross.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clevis R. “Sonny” Baker Jr.; and sister, Beverly Cross.

She is survived by her sons, David E. Baker and Michael R. Baker Sr. and his wife Christy of Mechanicsville; brother, Terry M. Cross Jr. and his wife Edith of Frederick; grandchildren, Jacqueline R. Bartram and her husband Chad of Lexington Park, Rachel L. Foster of San Diego, Michael R. Baker II of Frostburg, Victoria P. Baker of Fairfax, Va., and Collin J. Baker of Mechanicsville; great-grandchildren, Haley, E.J., Mikie, Crystal, Taylor and Savannah; and nephews, Scott Cross, Donald Cross and Steven Cross.

Visitation and prayers were held Jan. 3 at Williams Funeral Home, Indian Head, where a service will be held at 11 a.m. Jan. 4. Burial will take place at Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton.

Pallbearers will be Michael R. Baker II, Dominic Lore, Scott Cross, Donald Cross, Steven Cross, Corey Legagneux and Robert Collins II.
