The following items were compiled from reports from the Maryland State Police Prince Frederick barrack.
Two charged with disorderly conduct
Michael T. Macon, 33, and Rachel L. Loving, 32, both of North Beach, were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at 9:53 p.m. Dec. 22 by Tfc. West after he saw them yelling and cursing in front of the FaStop and disturbing customers. Loving also was charged with false statement to a police officer after providing a false name. They were both jailed at the Calvert County Detention Center.
Three arrested for drug possession
At 2:21 a.m. Dec. 23, Tfc. R. Lewis stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Route 4 at Bowie Shop Road. The odor of burnt marijuana allegedly was coming from inside the vehicle. A search revealed Suboxone and synthetic marijuana. The driver, Timothy M. Flynn, 25, of Chicago, and two passengers, Daniel A. Cecil, 23, of Waldorf and Anthony M. Yorke, 21, of California, Md., were arrested and jailed at the Calvert County Detention Center.
Tfc. Merkelson responded to the 6100 block of Huntingtown Road at 9:19 a.m. Dec. 29 for a reported theft. An oil tank was stolen from the property. The investigation is ongoing.
At 8:18 a.m. Jan. 5, Tfc. Casarella responded to the 1000 block of Carson Drive for a reported burglary. An unlocked shed was entered but nothing was taken. The investigation is ongoing.
At 8:30 a.m. Dec. 21, Tfc. Esnes responded to the 700 block of Lazy River Road for a reported destruction of property where a vehicle’s tires were punctured and two yard decorations were damaged. The investigation is ongoing.
Tools stolen from shed
Trooper Barlow responded at 9:24 a.m. Dec. 24 to the 1100 block of Muskogee Lane for a reported burglary where tools were stolen from the shed. The investigation is ongoing.
Window, doors broken
Someone broke a window and a set of bay doors at a home in the 500 block of Comstock Drive at 3:13 a.m. Dec. 26 and Tfc. Wiesmann is investigating.
Domestic assault reported
Tfc. Esnes responded at 12:54 a.m. Jan. 6 to the 12000 block of Barreda Boulevard for a reported domestic assault in progress. William V. Johnson, 31, of Lusby was arrested for assaulting the victim during an argument and was additionally charged with destruction of property, failing to obey lawful order, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. He was jailed at the Calvert County Detention Center.
Drugs, paraphernalia found in car
After Tfc. Logsdon stopped a vehicle at 12:04 a.m. Jan. 6 at Route 260 and Kidwell Road, Anthony C. Bryant, 35, of Capitol Heights was allegedly found in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and was arrested. A passenger, Reginald D. Gater, 28, of Landover was allegedly found in possession of a large amount of marijuana with an intent to distribute and was also arrested. Gater was jailed at the Calvert County Detention Center.
Synthetic marijuana found in car
Trooper S. Lewis stopped a vehicle at 9:08 a.m. Dec. 24 at Route 4 and Sixes Road for traffic violations. Angel J. Somerville, 26, of Lusby was allegedly in possession of synthetic marijuana. She was charged and jailed at the Calvert County Detention Center.
Car damage reported
At 10:10 a.m. Dec. 27, Trooper Matthews responded to the 300 block of Dresser Avenue for a reported destruction of property where the side door of the victim’s vehicle was damaged. The investigation is ongoing.
Man charged with marijuana possession
Earl S. Hawkins, 26, of Prince Frederick was found to be in possession of marijuana after Tfc. Esnes stopped his vehicle at 12:22 a.m. Dec. 28 at routes 231 and 508 for traffic violations. He was charged and jailed at the Calvert County Detention Center.
Man charged for trespassing
Tfc. Williams responded to WaWa at 3:40 p.m. Jan. 1 after receiving a complaint that someone was harassing customers and asking for money. Williams contacted Dale A. Brooks, 25, of Chesapeake Beach and ordered him to leave the property. Brooks refused to leave and was arrested for trespassing.
At 9:17 a.m. Jan. 4, Tfc. Smith responded to Prince Frederick Dodge for a reported theft where four wheels were stolen from a vehicle at the dealership. The investigation is ongoing.
Two arrested for marijuana possession
Michael R. Matters, 37, of Lusby and Amber C. Morgan, 32, of West River were arrested after Trooper Lewis stopped their vehicle at 12:40 a.m. Jan. 7 on Route 2 near Pushaw Station Road for traffic violations and found them to be allegedly in possession of marijuana.
