A Charles County grand jury issued the following indictments:

Johnathan Edward Delozier, 24, of Hagerstown was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute and marijuana possession for events that occurred Aug. 28.

Robbe Morrison, 30, of Suitland was charged with second-degree burglary, theft of less than $1,000, malicious destruction of property valued at more than $500, five counts of fourth-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit second-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit theft of less than $1,000 and conspiracy to commit malicious destruction of property valued at more than $500 for events that occurred Nov. 16.

Troy Carnell Coates, 29, of Waldorf was charged with attempted third-degree burglary, malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500 and conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary for events that occurred Dec. 19.

Ricardo Anthony Davis, 45, of Washington, D.C., was charged with two counts of attempted first-degree murder, two counts of attempted second-degree murder, two counts of first-degree assault, two counts of second-degree assault, concealing a dangerous weapon, carrying a dangerous weapon with intent to injure and second-degree escape for events that occurred Dec. 8.

Harley David Frost, 23, of Prince Frederick was charged with two counts of second-degree burglary, two counts of fourth-degree burglary, malicious destruction of property valued at more than $500, malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500, theft of less than $1,000 and two counts of conspiracy to commit second-degree burglary for events that occurred Nov. 17.

Eric Deangelo Garris, 26, of Waldorf was charged with armed robbery, robbery, two counts of first-degree burglary, five counts of use of a firearm in commission of a violent crime, two counts of first-degree assault, two counts of second-degree assault, theft of less than $1,000, attempted armed robbery, attempted robbery, possession of a firearm by a person with a felony conviction, carrying a handgun, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, two counts of conspiracy to commit first-degree burglary and conspiracy to commit theft of less than $1,000 for events that occurred Nov. 23.

John Michael Hemming Jr., 31, of Waldorf was charged with attempted theft of between $10,000 and $100,000, malicious destruction of property valued at more than $500 and fourth-degree burglary for events that occurred between Nov. 20 and 28.

Kevin Jerrell Johnson, 31, of Waldorf was charged with attempted third-degree burglary, malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500 and conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary for events that occurred Dec. 19.

William Andrew Krell, 27, of Mechanicsville was charged with theft scheme of between $10,000 and $100,000, and conspiracy to commit theft scheme of between $10,000 and $100,000 for events that occurred between Jan. 16 and Oct. 9.

Brandon Antwon Leach, 26, of Waldorf was charged with armed robbery, robbery, second-degree assault and theft of between $1,000 and $10,000 for events that occurred Dec. 17.

Christine Little, 40, of Waldorf was charged with identity fraud of more than $500, theft scheme of less than $1,000 and attempted theft of between $1,000 and $10,000 for events that occurred between Aug. 15 and Sept. 6.

Steven Lee McDonald, 21, of Indian Head was charged with theft scheme of between $1,000 and $10,000 and fourth-degree burglary for events that occurred between Aug. 27 and Sept. 5.

Christina Jean Myers, 33, of Mechanicsville was charged with theft scheme of between $10,000 and $100,000 and conspiracy to commit theft scheme of between $10,000 and $100,000 for events that occurred between Jan. 16 and Oct. 9.

Alexander Blake Olup, 19, of La Plata was charged with sexual child abuse, 16 counts of second-degree rape, 16 counts of sex offense and 16 counts of second-degree assault for events that occurred between Aug. 20, 2009, and Dec. 31, 2010.

Michael Jon Rasmussen, 54, of the Charles County Detention Center in La Plata was charged with two counts of sexual child abuse for events that occurred between Dec. 1, 2009, and Jan. 25, 2011.

Jonathan Ruifrok, 30, of Waldorf was charged with five counts of first-degree burglary, two counts of theft of between $1,000 and $10,000, five counts of conspiracy to commit first-degree burglary, three counts of theft of between $10,000 and $100,000, three counts of malicious destruction of property valued at more than $500 and malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500 for events that occurred Sept. 29 and Oct. 1, 15 and 24.

Lance Renard Savoy, 18, of Waldorf was charged with two counts of robbery, two counts of theft of less than $1,000, two counts of second-degree assault and two counts of conspiracy to commit robbery for events that occurred Nov. 2.

Ronald William Stovall, 46, of Waldorf was charged with five counts of first-degree burglary, two counts of theft of between $1,000 and $10,000, five counts of conspiracy to commit first-degree burglary, three counts of theft of between $10,000 and $100,000, three counts of malicious destruction of property valued at more than $500 and malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500 for events that occurred Sept. 29 and Oct. 1, 15 and 24.

Jason Nelson Tomlinson, 29, of Clinton was charged with second-degree burglary, theft of less than $1,000, malicious destruction of property valued at more than $500, five counts of fourth-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit second-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit theft of less than $1,000 and conspiracy to commit malicious destruction of property valued at more than $500 for events that occurred Nov. 16.

Anthony Tilden Walls, 19, of Indian Head was charged with first-degree burglary, theft of less than $1,000, malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500 and conspiracy to commit first-degree burglary for events that occurred Dec. 12.

Darrin Winston Washington, 23, of Waldorf was charged with two counts of armed robbery, two counts of robbery, two counts of first-degree burglary, five counts of use of a firearm in commission of a violent crime, two counts of first-degree assault, two counts of second-degree assault, theft of less than $1,000, carrying a handgun, possession of a regulated firearm, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, two counts of conspiracy to commit first-degree burglary and conspiracy to commit theft of less than $1,000 for events that occurred Nov. 23.

Charles Ulysses Bowman-Bey, 20, of Upper Marlboro was charged with armed robbery, robbery, four counts of use of a firearm in commission of a violent crime, first-degree assault, second-degree assault, two counts of first-degree burglary, theft of less than $1,000, possession of a regulated firearm by a person younger than 21, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, two counts of conspiracy to commit first-degree burglary and conspiracy to commit theft of less than $1,000 for events that occurred April 9.

Jeremiah Garcia Angel Duckett, 20, of Waldorf was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute on a school bus or property, drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana possession, use of a firearm in connection with a drug trafficking crime, two counts of possession of a regulated firearm by a person younger than 21, possession of a stolen regulated firearm and theft of less than $1,000 for events that occurred Dec. 7.

Akeem Rashad Harrington, 18, of Waldorf was charged with possession of a regulated firearm by a person under 21, possession of a regulated firearm and marijuana possession for events that occurred Nov. 30.

Bruce Matthew Lyles Jr., 27, of Waldorf was charged with first-degree murder, use of a firearm in commission of a violent crime, second-degree arson and possession of a firearm by a person with a felony conviction for events that occurred July 15.
