Lillian V. Dorsey, 84, of Richmond, Va., died Jan. 5, 2013.

She is survived by three daughters, Lilly D. Cobbs (Crawford), Lowenda D. Hudson and Sharon V. Greenwell (Ricardo); six sons, Ernest R. Jr. (Cordelia), Leroy (Joan) of Valley Lee, Frank, Joseph (Diane), Vincent (Sandra) and Earl Dorsey (Shavonne); 21 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; one brother, Arthur Gross (Joyce); a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; sisters-in-law, Edith C. Dorsey and Blomdell Gross; and a host to other relatives and friends.

A funeral service was held Jan. 11 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses at Normandale Avenue in Richmond. A service was also held Jan. 12 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Callaway. Interment followed at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.

Arrangements were handled by Mimms Funeral Home in Richmond.
