Elizabeth Anne Wilson, 81, of Berwyn Heights died Dec. 30, 2012, at the Calvert County Nursing Center in Prince Frederick.

She was formerly of Prince George’s County and had moved to Calvert County just eight weeks before her death. She was a member of Berwyn United Presbyterian Church and was known as the “Lady at the Lake” of Lake Artemesia with Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission. She was a member of American Legion Post 217 Ladies Auxiliary and was always volunteering with her children’s school activities. She also could be found doing volunteer work at the Berwyn Heights Volunteer Center. To her family, she will be remembered as a loving mother and dear friend to many.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Rita Townsend.

She is survived by her children, Milo Wilson Jr., Corinne Holliday and her husband, Charles, Craig Wilson Sr. and his wife, Marsha; grandchildren, Milo Wilson III, Michelle Brady, Michael Wilson, Cheryl Holliday, Craig Wilson Jr. and Christopher Wilson; 11 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and siblings, Wilbur Hunt, Jeanne Huth, Linda Cheesebrew, Richard Hunt and Robert Hunt.

Services were held Jan. 1 at Lee Funeral Home Calvert.
