Boil water advisory lifted in La Plata neighborhood
Members of about 65 La Plata households no longer need to boil their drinking water, Charles County government announced Wednesday afternoon, because tests have shown that water from the Mariellen Park water system is safe.
If water is discolored, leave the spigot running until it is clear, the county advised.
