Officers found marijuana on an Indian Head man who was sitting in a parked car at a gas station in the 2000 block of Crain Highway at 9:49 p.m. Jan. 15, the Charles County Sheriff’s Office reported.

Jerome Mundell Williams, 20, was charged with marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Officers went to the station for the report of a suspicious person who was possibly drunk. Officer J. Morales made contact with Williams, who was sitting in a parked car.

Morales noticed the car smelled like raw marijuana, and subsequently found marijuana on Williams.
