Abbott named to OCF All-Ohio team

Jake Abbott, a Huntingtown High School graduate, was one of seven Case Western Reserve players selected to the 2012 OhioCollegeFootball.com Division III All-Ohio Team, according to a press release received on Jan. 16.

Abbott, a junior guard who started all 10 games on the offensive line, is also a two-time All-UAA pick.

The Spartans finished the season at 6-4 overall and 2-1 in the University Athletic Association.

Over the last six seasons, Case Western Reserve football has produced an overall record of 54-10 with four UAA Championships (2007-09, 2011) and three NCAA playoff berths (2007-09).
