Judith Ann Wilson, 67, of Brandywine died Jan. 25, 2013, at Southern Maryland Hospital Center in Clinton.

Born Feb. 22, 1945, in Washington, D.C., she was the daughter of Robert Milton Grimes Sr. and Doris Elizabeth Jameson Grimes.

She worked as a legal secretary for Robert H. Moreland, attorney.

She loved crabbing and hunting and going to the beach. She was a devoted wife and mother and lived for her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Teresa Michelle Wilson Hobbs; and brother, Robert M. Grimes Jr. She is survived by her husband, Jim Christopher Wilson; son, Jim Robert Wilson and his wife, Laura; grandchildren, some of whom live in St. Mary’s County, Krysten Renee Hobbs, Jim Dylan Wilson, Thomas T. Hall Jr., Skylar Rachael Mae Lederer and Elizabeth Michelle Wilson.

The family received friends Jan. 31 at Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home in Charlotte Hall. A funeral service was held Feb. 1 at Immanuel United Methodist Church in Brandywine. Interment followed at the church cemetery. Pallbearers were Jimmy Clement, Kenny Shepherd, Allen Latimer, Brian Elliott, Donny Young and Jimmy Young. Honorary pallbearers were Dylan Wilson, Craig Bonner, Tommy Hall Jr. and Chuckie Young.
