The following items were compiled from reports from the Calvert County Circuit Courthouse.

John H. Gray Jr., 33, of Upper Marlboro was indicted on charges of two counts of second-degree assault and one count each of first-degree burglary, third-degree burglary and malicious destruction of property more than $500 for events that occurred Jan. 6, 2013.

Eric D. Booker, 19, of Lusby was indicted on charges of first-degree burglary and theft less than $1,000 for events that occurred Nov. 14, 2012.

Bethani Y. Wood, 22, of Barstow was indicted on charges of first-degree burglary, theft more than $10,000 but less than $100,000, malicious destruction of property less than $500 and conspiracy to commit a theft scheme more than $10,000 but less than $100,000 for events that occurred Nov. 15, 2012.
