Nothing was reported stolen from a home in the 4800 block of Champlain Court in Waldorf, where officers responded to an intrusion alarm at 7:24 p.m. Sunday and found an open back door, the Charles County Sheriff’s Office reported.

A police dog team checked the house. Officers processed the scene and found a piece of evidence.
