A Charles County grand jury issued the following indictments:

David Leroy Harvey Jr., 20, of Brandywine was charged with second-degree escape for events that occurred Dec. 28.

Vickie Lee Mayhew, 47, of Huntingtown was charged with second-degree escape for events that occurred Dec. 14.

Ricky Dorrelle Smith, 41, of Suitland was charged with second-degree escape for events that occurred Jan. 7.

Jameil Michael Arrington, 19, of Bowie was charged with robbery, first-degree assault, second-degree assault, theft of less than $1,000, malicious destruction of property valued at more than $500, drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana possession, conspiracy to commit robbery, conspiracy to commit first-degree assault, conspiracy to commit theft of less than $1,000 and conspiracy to distribute drugs for events that occurred Jan. 19.

Amaris Anne Hartshorne, 26, of Bryans Road was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana possession, possession of drug production equipment and conspiracy to distribute drugs for events that occurred Jan. 15.

Jarel Matthew Heinz, 23, of Temple Hills was charged with robbery, first-degree assault, second-degree assault, theft of less than $1,000, malicious destruction of property valued at more than $500, drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana possession, conspiracy to commit robbery, conspiracy to commit first-degree assault, conspiracy to commit theft of less than $1,000 and conspiracy to distribute drugs for events that occurred Jan. 19.

Paul Antonio Henry, 23, of Clinton was charged with robbery, first-degree assault, second-degree assault, theft of less than $1,000, malicious destruction of property valued at more than $500, drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana possession, conspiracy to commit robbery, conspiracy to commit first-degree assault, conspiracy to commit theft of less than $1,000 and conspiracy to distribute drugs for events that occurred Jan. 19.

Darnell Andre Holman, 25, of Bryans Road was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana possession, possession of drug production equipment and conspiracy to distribute drugs for events that occurred Jan. 15.

Traveon Lashay Hood, 19, of Waldorf was charged with first-degree burglary, theft of less than $1,000 and conspiracy to commit first-degree burglary for events that occurred Dec. 31.

Clifton Lee Jenkins, 33, of Washington, D.C., was charged with attempted second-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit second-degree burglary and malicious destruction of property valued at more than $500 for events that occurred Jan. 15.

Theodore Emmanuel Logan, 24, of Temple Hills was charged with two counts of first-degree burglary, two counts of theft of between $1,000 and $10,000, two counts of malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500 and conspiracy to commit first-degree burglary for events that occurred Oct. 31.

Jason Arnett Minor, 42, of Suitland was charged with sexual child abuse and three counts of third-degree sex offense for events that occurred between Oct. 1, 2003, and April 30, 2005.

Dominic Sedale Mostella, 21, of Waldorf was charged with second-degree rape and attempted second-degree rape for events that occurred Nov. 14 and 16.

Jorden Anthony Ruth, 18, of Waldorf was charged with first-degree burglary, theft of less than $1,000 and conspiracy to commit first-degree burglary for events that occurred Dec. 31.

Larry Edward Sams Jr., 41, of Hughesville was charged with second-degree burglary, theft of less than $1,000, four counts of fourth-degree burglary and malicious destruction of property valued at more than $500 for events that occurred Jan. 8.

Randolph Savoy Jr., 48, of Indian Head was charged with first-degree burglary, theft of less than $1,000 and malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500 for events that occurred between Jan. 15 and 16.

Marcel Dontae Sellers, 21, of Oxon Hill was charged with first-degree burglary, theft of between $1,000 and $10,000, malicious destruction of property valued at more than $500, conspiracy to commit first-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit theft of between $1,000 and $10,000 and conspiracy to commit malicious destruction of property valued at more than $500 for events that occurred between Dec. 8 and 9.

Jamell Antonio Sheilds, 26, of Washington, D.C., was charged with attempted second-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit second-degree burglary and malicious destruction of property valued at more than $500 for events that occurred Jan. 15.

Bernard Rashad Smith, 23, of Washington, D.C., was charged with robbery, first-degree assault, second-degree assault, theft of less than $1,000, malicious destruction of property valued at more than $500, drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana possession, conspiracy to commit robbery, conspiracy to commit first-degree assault, conspiracy to commit theft of less than $1,000 and conspiracy to distribute drugs for events that occurred Jan. 19.

Thomas Junior Ward, 58, of La Plata was charged with second-degree burglary, malicious destruction of property valued at more than $500 and three counts of fourth-degree burglary for events that occurred Jan. 12.

Derrick Michael Williams, 33, of Waldorf was charged with first-degree arson, two counts of second-degree assault and false imprisonment for events that occurred Nov. 19, 20 and 21.

Steven Thomas Williams Jr., 24, of Washington, D.C., was charged with two counts of first-degree burglary, two counts of theft of between $1,000 and $10,000, two counts of malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500 and conspiracy to commit first-degree burglary for events that occurred Oct. 31.
