The Charles County middle schools held its 41st volleyball tournament Feb. 5 at Lackey High School for seventh-grade girls and at La Plata High School for seventh-grade boys and Feb. 7 at Lackey for eighth-grade girls and at La Plata for eighth-grade boys.

The schools participating in the tournament were Piccowaxen, Milton M. Somers, Benjamin Stoddert, John Hanson, Mattawoman, General Smallwood, Matthew Henson and Theodore G. Davis.
