Investigators obtained an arrest warrant for a Washington, D.C., man wanted in for committing a Jan. 10 armed robbery of a woman on White Fir Court in Waldorf, the Charles County Sheriff’s Office reported.
Eugene “Tony” Moten, 35, has been charged with armed robbery and first-degree assault for allegedly dressing up like a UPS worker and robbing the woman of her cash at gunpoint.
A police dog team tracked the robber and evidence was recovered at the scene linking Moten to the robbery.
Moten is 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighs 230 pounds and goes by the nickname “Tony.” He has several addresses in the District.
Charles County Crime Solvers is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to Moten’s arrest.
