Robert Graham McAllister, 92, of Huntingtown died Feb. 6, 2013, at his home.

He was born Feb. 11, 1920, in Speedwell, Va., to James and Ellen McAllister.

He served in the Civilian Conservation Corps from 1935 to 1938 and in the U.S. Navy during World War II from 1942 until 1945.

He is survived by his children, Robert Alan McAllister, Doug Shelton, Cheryl McAllister and Patti Shelton; grandchildren, Robert Alan McAllister Jr., Mark Davis, Wanda Davis, Richard L. Gaither, Nikki McAllister and Joy Gaither; and great-grandchildren, Ashlie Davis, Kelcie Davis, Samantha Gaither, Emily Gaither, Richard G. Gaither and Jake McAllister.

Family received friends Feb. 10 at Lee Funeral Home Calvert in Owings.
