A Charles County grand jury issued the following indictments:
Allen Thaddeus Chisley Jr., 26, of Newburg was charged with sexual child abuse and continuing course of illegal conduct with a child for events that occurred between Jan. 1, 2009, and Oct. 31, 2012.
Michael Jonathan Bennett, 25, of no fixed address was charged with second-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit second-degree burglary, fourth-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit fourth-degree burglary, theft of between $1,000 and $10,000 and malicious destruction of property valued at more than $500 for events that occurred Nov. 15.
Derrick Ameen Giles, 19, of Washington, D.C., was charged with attempted robbery with a deadly weapon, four counts of use of a firearm in commission of a violent crime, armed robbery, two counts of first-degree assault, possession of a regulated firearm, possession of a regulated firearm by a person younger than 21, carrying a handgun, theft of less than $1,000 and conspiracy to commit armed robbery for events that occurred Jan. 1.
Jamall Anthony Mathis, 18, of Laurel was charged with attempted robbery with a deadly weapon, four counts of use of a firearm in commission of a violent crime, armed robbery, two counts of first-degree assault, possession of a regulated firearm by a person younger than 21, carrying a handgun, theft of less than $1,000 and conspiracy to commit armed robbery for events that occurred Jan. 1.
Erick Haseem Warrick, 19, of Fort Washington was charged with attempted robbery with a deadly weapon, four counts of use of a firearm in commission of a violent crime, armed robbery, two counts of first-degree assault, possession of a regulated firearm, possession of a regulated firearm by a person younger than 21, carrying a handgun, theft of less than $1,000 and conspiracy to commit armed robbery for events that occurred Jan. 1.
Joseph Daniel Bynum, 27, of La Plata was charged with possession of a regulated firearm and theft of less than $1,000 for events that occurred Oct. 23.
Bernard Patrick Cole Jr., 34, of Brandywine was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana possession and failure to use a turn signal while driving for events that occurred Jan. 30.
Malik Michael Cooper, 22, of Waldorf was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana possession, possession of narcotics production equipment, use of a firearm in connection with a drug trafficking crime, possession of a regulated firearm and transporting a handgun on public roads for events that occurred Jan. 23.
Christopher Lee Howdyshell, 19, of Welcome was charged with second-degree burglary, theft of between $1,000 and $10,000 and malicious destruction of property valued at more than $500 for events that occurred Dec. 12.
Brian Christopher Krum, 40, of Indian Head was charged with two counts of first-degree assault and two counts of second-degree assault for events that occurred Jan. 31.
Kwaune Devante Marshall, 20, of Fredericksburg, Va., was charged with theft of between $10,000 and $100,000, motor vehicle theft, possession of a firearm by a person with a felony conviction, possession of a regulated firearm by a person younger than 21 and transporting a handgun on public roads for events that occurred Jan. 23. In a separate case, Marshall was charged with robbery, first-degree assault, theft of less than $1,000 and conspiracy to commit robbery for events that occurred Dec. 10.
Rachard Leezai Marshall, 18, of Fredericksburg, Va., was charged with possession of a regulated firearm by a person younger than 21 and transporting a handgun on public roads for events that occurred Jan. 23. In a separate case, Marshall was charged with robbery, first-degree assault, theft of less than $1,000 and conspiracy to commit robbery for events that occurred Dec. 10.
David Lee Miller, 36, of Bowie was charged with possession of a regulated firearm, possession of a stolen regulated firearm, transporting a handgun on public roads, theft of less than $1,000 and marijuana possession for events that occurred Jan. 23.
John William Parrish, 64, of Brandywine was charged with three counts of first-degree assault, three counts of use of a firearm in commission of a violent crime, three counts of second-degree assault and three counts of reckless endangerment for events that occurred Jan. 7.
Billy Frank Stone, 27, of California was charged with second-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit second-degree burglary, fourth-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit fourth-degree burglary, theft of between $1,000 and $10,000 and malicious destruction of property valued at more than $500 for events that occurred Nov. 15.
