I read the Feb. 27 editorial, with interest, about “fumbling” an opportunity to host a campus of the College of Southern Maryland. The phrase that caught most of my attention was “and CSM officials hadn’t sufficiently courted the commissioners to agree to locate a campus in their county.” Can our commissioners please tell me what the proper level of courting is, and how is it established? Sounds like our Republican bloc is behaving like Republicans do.
