Three Calvert County residents were recently arrested in St. Mary’s County and charged for various violations relating to paying for or receiving sexual favors in exchange for money and drugs.

St. Mary’s County Vice/Narcotics detectives began to monitor illegal activity on the Internet and determined there was a need for further enforcement efforts, according to a St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office press release. Detectives started “Operation Risky Business,” which included a prostitution operation conducted online.

Joshua Robert Fisher, 23, of Lusby was charged with prostitution — general after he allegedly paid an undercover officer for specific sex acts.

Crystal Faye Kirven, 21, of Lusby allegedly offered to perform sex acts on the undercover officer for money. She was charged with prostitution — general.

Chester Stanley Jaworski, 68, of Prince Frederick was charged with prostitution — general after he allegedly paid the undercover officer for specific sex acts.

All of the suspects agreed on a location, specific sexual acts and type of payment, the press release states. Vice/Narcotics detectives were assisted by members of the Vice/Narcotics support team, patrol deputies and K-9 officers.
