Girl later found out she was pregnant
Two men have been charged through summonses with sexually abusing a St. Mary’s teenage girl, who court papers state told police that she had sex with both suspects last winter at her residence, and that she later learned she was pregnant.
Robert Stanley Whalen Jr., now 28, of Lexington Park and Jared Vaughan Hardy, 22, of Lusby are also charged with committing a third-degree sexual offense with the 14-year-old child, through the investigation by St. Mary’s sheriff’s deputy Gregory Oresik.
