The Solomons Christmas Walk will be held 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, Dec. 7, and Saturday, Dec. 8. The Calvert Marine Museum will be open and free to the public with musical entertainment, Santa, the Otter mascot, holiday crafts and shopping. Santa’s Coffee House will be open Saturday with complimentary hot drinks and cookies. Museum members save 20 percent off in the store all weekend. A Christmas Market will start earlier at 4 p.m. both nights between Lore Oyster House and Kingfisher’s.
