Couple unites in marriage

The bride is the daughter of Arthur Thomas of Waldorf and Nanette Thomas of Dameron.

The groom is the son of Richard and Linda Allen of White Plains.

The bride was presented in marriage by her father.

The ceremony was officiated by Joe Orlando.

A dinner and dance reception followed.

The bridal party included matron of honor Lisa Young, friend of the bride; junior bridesmaid Catherine Berube, sister of the bride; best man Aric Ellis, friend of the groom; and groomsman Eric Druga, friend of the groom.

The ushers were Christopher and William Thomas, brothers of the bride and George Grooms, brother of the groom. Jennifer Burrows, sister of the bride wrote a poem and read it during the ceremony. Kimberly Thomas, sister of the bride read a poem during the ceremony.

After honeymooning in the Bahamas, the couple resides in Waldorf.
