A Charles County grand jury has issued the following indictments:
Ronnie James Ivory, 48, of Waldorf was charged with theft scheme of more than $500 and drug possession for events that occurred Nov. 7 and Dec. 5.
Denise Marie Johnson, 30, of California was charged with four counts of child abuse, four counts of first-degree assault and four counts of second-degree assault for events that occurred Oct. 16, 2001.
Elliott Michael Knox Jr., 21, of Fort Washington was charged with attempted second-degree burglary, malicious destruction of property valued at more than $500 and conspiracy to commit second-degree burglary for events that occurred Dec. 8.
Kwasi Omatayo Louard-Clarke, 22, of Waldorf was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute and marijuana possession for events that occurred Dec. 10.
Tyrone Anthony Matthews, 18, of Bel Alton was charged with five counts of second-degree assault for events that occurred Dec. 10.
William Robert Morris, 31, of Mechanicsville was charged with two counts of possessing narcotics with intent to distribute, two counts of drug possession, possession of marijuana and possession of narcotics production equipment for events that occurred Dec. 26.
Patrick Allen Portzen Sr., 48, of White Plains was charged with theft scheme of more than $500, three counts of fraud and three counts of obtaining drugs by fraud for events that occurred May 29 and June 23.
Luquan Terrell Queen, 17, of Waldorf was charged as an adult with two counts of robbery, two counts of second-degree assault, two counts of theft of less than $500, conspiracy to commit robbery and conspiracy to commit theft of less than $500 for events that occurred July 23.
Shaquita Tisha Robinson, 26, of Washington, D.C., was charged with theft of more than $500, unlawfully taking a motor vehicle, unauthorized removal of property, drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia for events that occurred
Dec. 19.
Leroy Antoine Savoy, 18, of La Plata was charged with five counts of second-degree assault for events that occurred Dec. 10.
Charles William Wade Jr., 47, of Temple Hills was charged with attempted second-degree burglary, malicious destruction of property valued at more than $500 and conspiracy to commit second-degree burglary for events that occurred Dec. 8.
James Robert Weimert, 20, of King George, Va., was charged with five counts of second-degree assault for events that occurred
Dec. 10.
