Items on the agenda include a request by Washington Security Group for a special exception to build a research facility on a parcel of land off Liverpool Point Road in Nanjemoy and a special exception request by Charles County Sand and Gravel to build a youth baseball field on about two acres of a 143-acre parcel in the rural conservation zone at the intersection of Route 5 and Cedar Hill Place in Waldorf.
