A Charles County grand jury issued the following indictments:
Timothy William Becker, 20, of Waldorf was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute and marijuana possession for events that occurred Jan. 3.
Antwon O'Bryan Blades, 18, of Waldorf was charged with theft of more than $500, possession of a regulated firearm and ammunition by a person under the age of 21, theft of less than $500, conspiracy to commit theft of less than $500, possession of narcotics production equipment and marijuana possession for events that occurred Dec. 27 and Jan. 12 and 13.
Robert Marvin Elder, 19, of Marbury was charged with second-degree burglary, theft of more than $500 and malicious destruction of property valued at more than $500 for events that occurred Nov. 23.
Stephen Martin Kite, 47, of Waldorf was charged with first- and second-degree assault for events that occurred Jan. 13.
Jhamol Dwonne Thomas, 23, of Washington, D.C., was charged with theft of more than $500 for events that occurred Dec. 26.
Barrington Phillip Brown Jr., 38, of Washington, D.C., was charged with fraud of more than $500, conspiracy to commit fraud of more than $500 and attempted theft of more than $500 for events that occurred Dec. 31.
Michael Alan Brown Sr., 27, of Indian Head was charged with two counts of first-degree assault, handgun use in commission of a felony or violent crime, two counts of second-degree assault, reckless endangerment, possession of a firearm by a person with a felony conviction, false imprisonment and wearing and carrying a dangerous weapon with the intent to injure for events that occurred Jan. 10 and 15.
Paul Christopher Brown, 38, of Hyattsville was charged with fraud of more than $500, conspiracy to commit fraud of more than $500 and attempted theft of more than $500 for events that occurred Dec. 31.
Angelina Grace Ciampo, 27, of Mechanicsville was charged with two counts of narcotics possession with intent to distribute, two counts of drug possession and two counts of conspiracy to manufacture or distribute narcotics for events that occurred Feb. 6.
Vigil Curvey, 27, of Bryans Road was charged with armed robbery, three counts of handgun use in commission of a felony or violent crime, first-degree assault, robbery, second-degree assault, theft of less than $500, wearing, carrying and transporting a handgun, wearing, carrying and transporting a handgun in a vehicle and firearm possession by a person with a felony conviction for events that occurred Oct. 21, 2007.
Curtis Travelle Deshazor, 39, of Pomfret was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana possession and possession of narcotics production equipment for events that occurred Dec. 14.
Lamont Edward Fleming, 31, currently residing in the Charles County jail, was charged with two counts of credit card fraud of more than $500, fraud and conspiracy to commit credit card fraud of more than $500 for events that occurred May 1.
Victor Manuel Frutis-Martinez, 45, of Bryans Road was charged with narcotics possession with intent to distribute, drug possession, conspiracy to manufacture or distribute narcotics and drug possession for events that occurred Feb. 8.
Thomas Calvin Gray, 49, of Clinton was charged with narcotics possession with intent to distribute, drug possession, drug possession with intent to distribute and marijuana possession for events that occurred Feb. 4.
Maxie Hancock, 52, of Selbyville, Del., was charged with child sexual abuse, second-degree rape, second-degree sex offense and unnatural or perverted practice for events that occurred May 3, 2003.
Samuel Dwayne Hinchman, 46, of Faulkner was charged with first- and second-degree assault, third-degree sex offense, false imprisonment, theft of less than $500 and malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500 for events that occurred Feb. 7.
Ray Alvin Keib, 21, of Port Tobacco was charged with first-degree burglary and theft of more than $500 for events that occurred Dec. 18.
Christopher Terrance King, 25, of Clinton was charged with first- and second-degree assault, attempted first-degree assault, attempted second-degree assault, firearm possession by a person with a felony conviction and wearing, carrying and transporting a handgun for events that occurred Feb. 8.
Michael Antonio Mason, 26, of Waldorf was charged with a firearm or drug trafficking crime, possession of narcotics production equipment and marijuana possession for events that occurred Feb. 6.
Ira Patrick Matthews Jr., 20, of Waldorf was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute and marijuana possession for events that occurred Jan. 29.
David McCalop, 25, of Washington, D.C., was charged with theft of more than $500 and unlawful taking of a motor vehicle for events that occurred Dec. 29.
James Earl McLaughlin Jr., 19, of Indian Head was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute, conspiracy to manufacture or distribute drugs, drug possession with intent to distribute on school property, conspiracy to distribute drugs on school property and marijuana possession for events that occurred Feb. 4.
Rowemell Antonio McLean, 27, of Hyattsville was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana possession, possession of narcotics production equipment and a firearm or drug trafficking crime for events that occurred Feb. 7.
David Allan Napoletano, 43, of Indian Head was charged with child sexual abuse, two counts of fourth-degree sex offense, photographing a minor engaged in an obscene act or sexual contact, filming a minor engaged in an obscene act or sexual contact, four counts of third-degree sex offense and displaying and exhibiting an obscene item to a minor for events that occurred Jan. 18, 19, 20 and 25.
