Indictments

A Charles County grand jury issued the following indictments:

Cyril Hugh Pittman, 47, of Waldorf was charged with three counts of child abuse and three counts of third-degree sex offense for events that occurred Jan. 1, 2001 and March 1, 2000.

Martin Joshua Queen, 25, of Bel Alton was charged with narcotics possession with intent to distribute, two counts of drug possession and conspiracy to manufacture or distribute narcotics for events that occurred Feb. 8.

Irving Ragland, 56, of Washington, D.C., was charged with theft of more than $500, two counts of theft of less than $500 and conspiracy to commit theft of more than $500 for events that occurred Dec. 27.

Wayne Pety Riggins, 47, of Washington, D.C., was charged with theft of more than $500, two counts of theft of less than $500 and conspiracy to commit theft of more than $500 for events that occurred Dec. 27.

Brian Michael Saunders, 18, of Hughesville was charged with narcotics possession with intent to distribute and drug possession for events that occurred Oct. 29.

Ronnell Wesley Thomas, 38, of Waldorf was charged with manufacturing or distributing narcotics for events that occurred Oct. 1.

Michael Anthony Toye, 19, of Waldorf was charged with narcotics possession with intent to distribute and drug possession for events that occurred Oct. 3.

Delano Andre Washington, 19, of Fort Washington was charged with narcotics possession with intent to distribute, drug possession, possession of narcotics production equipment, marijuana possession, a firearm or drug trafficking crime, second-degree assault, possession of a regulated firearm and ammunition by a person under the age of 21 and wearing, carrying and transporting a handgun for events that occurred Jan. 30.
