Indictments

A Charles County grand jury has issued the following indictments:

Latoya Ann Adams, 24, of Welcome was charged with narcotics possession with intent to distribute, drug possession, conspiracy to manufacture or distribute narcotics and false statement to a peace officer for events that occurred April 12.

Frederick Lamar Arnold, 19, of Cheltenham was charged with second-degree burglary, theft of more than $500, malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500, resisting or interfering with an arrest, attempted aggravated cruelty to animals, marijuana possession, conspiracy to commit second-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit theft of more than $500 and conspiracy to commit malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500 for events that occurred April 10.

Sid Ryobi Bowens II, 20, of Clinton was charged with second-degree burglary, theft of more than $500, malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500, conspiracy to commit second-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit theft of more than $500 and conspiracy to commit malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500 for events that occurred April 10.

Armstead Brownson, 30, of Oxon Hill was charged with narcotics possession with intent to distribute, drug possession, two counts of possession of narcotics production equipment, drug possession with intent to distribute and marijuana possession for events that occurred April 17.

Jamielle Shawntay Chase, 19, of Oxon Hill was charged with five counts of theft of more than $500, two counts of unlawfully taking a motor vehicle, three counts of malicious destruction of property valued at more than $500, two counts of rogue and vagabond, false statement to a peace officer, fraud and conspiracy to commit a theft scheme of more than $500 for events that occurred Aug. 21.

Michael Thomas Collins Jr., 23, of Waldorf was charged with firearm possession by a person with a felony conviction, possession of a regulated firearm and marijuana possession for events that occurred Jan. 2.

Michael Anthony Harrod, 45, of Waldorf was charged with narcotics possession with intent to distribute and drug possession for events that occurred April 7.

Hugh Alexander Henry, 58, of Waldorf was charged with committing fraud through identify theft and two counts of fraud to avoid prosecution for a crime for events that occurred April 17, 2006, April 18, 2008, and Dec. 5.

Hugh Alexander Henry, 58, of Waldorf was charged in a separate case with drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana possession, possession of narcotics production equipment, drug possession and making a false statement to a police officer for events that occurred Dec. 5.

Rowemell Antonio McLean, 27, of Waldorf was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana possession and possession of narcotics production equipment for events that occurred April 17.

Carterrys Abednega Morgan, 18, of Waldorf was charged with first-degree burglary, theft of more than $500 and malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500 for events that occurred April 2; and in separate case with attempted first-degree burglary and fourth-degree burglary for events that occurred April 3; and in a separate case with first-degree burglary, theft of more than $500 and malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500 for events that occurred April 1; and in a separate case with first-degree burglary, theft of more than $500 and malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500 for events that occurred March 24; and in a separate case with first-degree burglary, theft of more than $500 and malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500 for events that occurred March 16; and in a separate case with first-degree burglary and theft of more than $500 for events that occurred Jan. 30; and in a separate case with first-degree burglary and theft of more than $500 for events that occurred Nov. 24.

Octavia Marie Robinson, 22, of Waldorf was charged with narcotics possession with intent to distribute, drug possession, two counts of possession of narcotic production equipment, drug possession with intent to distribute and marijuana possession for events that occurred April 9.

Jeffrey Simmons, 30, of White Plains was charged with physical second-degree child abuse and second-degree assault for events that occurred March 31.

Jason Shawn Smoot, 25, of Pomfret was charged with narcotics possession with intent to distribute, drug possession, conspiracy to distribute or manufacture narcotics and marijuana possession for events that occurred April 12.

Tyrell Jerome Young, 41, of Fort Washington was charged with manufacturing or distributing narcotics, narcotics possession with intent to distribute, drug possession and possession of narcotics production equipment for events that occurred April 7.
