A Charles County grand jury has issued the following indictments:
Charles McDaniel Brooks, 23, of Brandywine was charged with attempted first-degree murder, first-degree assault, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit first-degree assault for events that occurred April 27.
Kelvin Cousar, 36, of District Heights was charged with four counts of first-degree sex offense, four counts of second-degree sex offense by force, six counts of handgun use in commission of a felony or violent crime, unnatural or perverted practice, third-degree sex offense, first-degree assault, armed robbery, robbery, second-degree assault, theft of less than $500, reckless endangerment, wearing, carrying and transporting a handgun and wearing, carrying and transporting a handgun in a vehicle on public roads for events that occurred April 12.
Francesca Maria Daniele, 42, of La Plata was charged with four counts of a bad check scheme of more than $500 for events that occurred April 23 and May 3, 2006, March 1, 2007, and Aug. 11, 2008.
Dwayne Alphonso Ford Jr., 19, of Waldorf was charged with attempted second-degree murder and first-degree assault for events that occurred April 23.
Clifton Jerome Goldring, 23, of Waldorf was charged with attempted first-degree murder, first-degree assault, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit first-degree assault for events that occurred April 27.
Torrance Fitzgerald Hillard, 22, of Waldorf was charged with theft of more than $500 and unlawful taking of a motor vehicle for events that occurred March 24.
Shawn Keith Hudson, 36, of Hughesville was charged with sexually abusing a minor in a continuing course of conduct, sexual child abuse, attempted second-degree rape and third-degree sex offense for events that occurred June 1, 2005.
Steven Markeith Joyner Jr., 20, of Waldorf was charged with robbery, second-degree assault and theft of less than $500 for events that occurred April 24.
Kimberly Madonna, 48, of Brandywine was charged with two counts of theft of more than $500 for events that occurred April 10.
Dana Alvine Robinson Jr., 20, of Waldorf was charged with possession of a regulated firearm by a person under the age of 21 and wearing, carrying and transporting a handgun for events that occurred April 28.
Demetrius Davon Wallace, 20, of Accokeek was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to distribute and drug possession for events that occurred April 24.
