Network completes successful year Wednesday, May 30, 2007
Southern Maryland Business Network reports it has had another successful year. In 2006, SMBN raised more than $13,000 for the Angel’s Watch Regional Shelter in Hughesville, almost doubled the amount of completed leads from 856 in 2005 to 1,658 in 2006 and has almost doubled in membership, from 23 members in 2005 to 40 members in 2006. Meetings for the group are held from 8 to 9:30 a.m. Tuesdays at Southwinds Adult Active Community off Billingsley Road on Southwinds Place.
