St. Mary's County Sheriff Timothy K. According to police, Brown and Cooper stopped and detained a man they saw fleeing from the entrance of the BJ's Wholesale Club in California on May 8. Deputy Thomas Seyfried, second from right, arrested the suspect and charged him with theft over $500, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
