A Charles County grand jury has issued the following indictments:
Ricardo Cunningham, 26, of Washington, D.C., was charged with two counts of felony handgun use, firearm trafficking, two counts of possession of firearms, two counts of theft over $500, two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute, possession of CDS, resisting arrest, second-degree assault, speeding and failure to properly maintain vehicle registration for events that occurred May 10.
Christina Dawn Drake, 31, of Waldorf was charged with fraud and theft for events that occurred Dec. 11, 2006.
Tony Lorenzon Felton, 25, of Waldorf was charged with two counts of first-degree assault, two counts of second-degree assault, malicious destruction of property, two counts of driving under the influence, driving while impaired by alcohol, eluding police, reckless driving and speeding for events that occurred March 28.
Marc Edward Friend, 19, of Clinton was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of CDS with intent to distribute for events that occurred May 18.
James Robert Gillespie, 54, of Oxon Hill was charged with first-degree assault, malicious destruction of property, resisting arrest, speeding, attempting to elude police officers, two counts of driving under the influence, driving while on a revoked license and failure to remain at the scene of an accident for events that occurred May 3.
Cornelia Ann Goodine, 48, of Oxon Hill was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of CDS with the intent to distribute and possession of narcotic production equipment for events that occurred May 18.
Marcus Wandell Hicks, 25, of Newburg was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of CDS with the intent to distribute and manufacturing CDS for events that occurred May 18.
Joseph A. Hopkins, 44, of White Plains was charged with manufacturing a controlled dangerous substance for events that occurred June 5.
Melvin Ingram, 46, of Waldorf was charged with second-degree assault and second-degree physical child abuse for events that occurred March 1.
Christopher James Jackson, 40, of Alexandria, Va., was charged with robbery and theft over $500 for events that occurred June 5.
Thomas Albert Jones Sr., 41, of Waldorf was charged with attempted first-degree murder, attempted second-degree murder, two counts first-degree assault, three counts second-degree assault and two counts of carrying a dangerous weapon with the intent to injure for events that occurred April 29.
Corey Bernard Jordan, 38, of Waldorf was charged with theft, possession of marijuana, transporting a handgun and possession of a regulated firearm for events that occurred May 10.
Ray Alvin Keib, 19, of Indian Head was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute for events that occurred May 14.
Michael Jerome Kelly, 24, of Temple Hills was charged with second-degree assault, child abuse, second-degree sex offense and unnatural practice for events that occurred April 1.
Jerrold Warren Lincoln, 24, of La Plata was charged with theft over $500 for events that occurred Dec. 13, 2006.
Hakeem Rashad Linkins, 18, of Waldorf was charged with two counts first-degree burglary, two counts of theft over $500 and two counts of trespassing for events that occurred May 11 and 23.
Glen Allen Lokey, 39, of Hughesville was charged with two counts of first-degree assault and two counts of false imprisonment for events that occurred May 10.
Shaun Marquel Mack, 24, of District Heights was charged with two counts of armed robbery, felony handgun use, possession of a regulated firearm, possession of a firearm with a felony conviction and carrying a handgun for events that occurred April 6.
Jeffery Brian McMichael Jr., 23, of Hughesville was charged with two counts first-degree assault and two counts of false imprisonment for events that occurred May 10.
Patricia Maria McMichael, 24, of Hughesville was charged with two counts of first-degree assault and two counts of false imprisonment for events that occurred May 10.
George Frederick Miller, 48, of La Plata was charged with manufacturing a controlled dangerous substance and distributing CDS for events that occurred April 26.
Stephen Ray Pitts, 49, of Waldorf was charged with second-degree rape, fourth-degree sex offense and second-degree assault for events that occurred May 28.
Savoy Anthony Randolph, 20, of District Heights was charged with attempted armed robbery, felony handgun use, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, carrying a handgun and possessing a handgun while under the age of 21 for events that occurred April 6.
Ramono Andre Stevenson, 21, of White Plains was charged with first-degree burglary and theft less than $500 for events that occurred May 26.
Ademola John Gabriel Taiwo, 25, of Hyattsville was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana and narcotic production equipment, trafficking, transporting a handgun by public roads, possessing a loaded weapon, driving without a license, driving on a suspended license and failure to attach registration plates for events that occurred May 20.
