A Charles County grand jury has issued the following indictments: James Clinton Cole, 50, currently residing in the Maryland House of Correction Annex in Jessup, was charged with first-degree rape, second-degree rape, first-degree sex offense and second-degree sex offense for events that occurred Aug. 20, 1996. William Harrison Roots IV, 24, of Temple Hills was charged with theft-scheme over $500 for events that occurred Nov. 14, 2007. Edward Demario Sykes, 22, of Port Tobacco was charged with nine counts of credit card fraud less than $500, attempted credit card fraud over $500, taking, stealing or carrying a credit card belonging to another and theft of less than $500 value for events that occurred May 6. William Armah II, 23, of Indian Head was charged with second-degree arson, second-degree malicious burning and reckless endangerment for events that occurred May 28. Alan Joseph Badeaux Jr., 20, of La Plata was charged with narcotics possession with intent to distribute, drug possession with intent to distribute, possession of narcotics production equipment and attempting to elude police for events that occurred May 28. Kevin Clay Breads, 37, of Waldorf was charged with carjacking, theft over $500, unlawful taking of a motor vehicle and second-degree assault for events that occurred May 19. Daniel Patrick Calomeris, 31, of Waldorf was charged with two counts of narcotics possession with intent to distribute, three counts of drug possession, drug possession with intent to distribute, possession of narcotics production equipment, failing to make a required traffic stop and failing to stop at a red traffic signal before making a right turn for events that occurred May 17. Daniel Thomas Dorsey, 23, of Waldorf was charged with possession of narcotics production equipment, drug possession and marijuana possession for events that occurred May 30. Christopher Lewis Gordon, 25, of Temple Hills was charged with attempted first-degree murder, first-degree assault, armed robbery, attempted robbery with a deadly weapon, conspiracy to commit armed robbery and conspiracy to commit second-degree assault for events that occurred May 11. Jason Raynard Green, 28, of Waldorf was charged with narcotics possession with intent to distribute, drug possession and marijuana possession for events that occurred May 23. Calvin Cornelius Hall Jr., 24, of Waldorf was charged with first-degree burglary, theft of less than $500 and malicious destruction of property valued at over $500 for events that occurred Sept. 24, 2007. Darrell Jonathan Hawkins, 17, of Indian Head was charged as an adult with armed robbery, robbery, first-degree assault, second-degree assault, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, conspiracy to commit first-degree assault and theft of less than $500 for events that occurred May 25. Darrell Ivan Johnson, 28, of Waldorf was charged with armed robbery, robbery, first-degree assault, second-degree assault, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, conspiracy to commit first-degree assault and theft of less than $500 for events that occurred May 25. Phillip Morris Johnson Jr., 32, of Waldorf was charged with armed robbery, robbery, first-degree assault, second-degree assault, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, conspiracy to commit first-degree assault and theft less than $500 for events that occurred May 25. Adam Anthony Jones, 31, of La Plata was charged with attempted first-degree burglary, attempted third-degree burglary, attempted fourth-degree burglary and fourth-degree sex offense for events that occurred May 25.
