Mary Belinda "Snoody" Curtis, 59, of Malcolm died of natural causes June 30, 2009, at home.
She worked at Family Furniture in Waldorf as a saleswoman.
Born Dec. 11, 1949, in Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Robert Austin and the late Margaret Aline Swell.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George William Curtis.
She is survived by her daughters, Stephanie Payne and her husband, Thomas, Anissa "Nikki" Curtis, Shayna Hasan and her husband, Ali and Kristy Curtis-Douglas and her husband, Joseph; brothers, John, Joseph, Darryl, Trasey, Robert, and Austin; sisters, Deborah, Florence, and Dawn; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and other relatives.
Visitation will be 10-10:50 a.m. with a service at 11 a.m. July 6 at St. Peter's Catholic Church, Waldorf. Monsignor Bill Parent will officiate. Burial will take place at 10 a.m. July 7 at Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
Arrangements are being handled by Adams Funeral Home, Aquasco.
