Indictments

A Charles County grand jury has issued the following indictments: Louis Stanley Leysath III, 28, currently residing in the Charles County Detention Center in La Plata, was charged with two counts of rogue and vagabond, theft of greater than $500, two counts of malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500 and conspiracy to commit theft of greater than $500 for events that occurred May 11. Rogelio Perez Lopez, 18, of Waldorf was charged with attempted first-degree burglary, attempted third-degree burglary and attempted fourth-degree burglary for events that occurred June 1. Michael Lee Payne, 26, of Waldorf was charged with first-degree assault, second-degree assault and concealing a dangerous weapon for events that occurred April 1. Luquan Terrell Queen, 17, of Waldorf was charged as an adult with first-degree assault, second-degree assault and reckless endangerment for events that occurred May 14. Robert Maurice Queen, 17, of Waldorf was charged as an adult with second-degree rape, third-degree sex offense and first-degree burglary for events that occurred May 27. Antone Shelley Robinson, 50, of Hyattsville was charged with theft of greater than $500 and drug possession for events that occurred March 10. Jonathan Nathaniel Robinson, 18, of Washington, D.C., was charged with theft of greater than $500, unauthorized removal of property and attempting to elude police for events that occurred May 3. Mark Anthony Stancell, 40, of Waldorf was charged with second-degree physical child abuse and second degree assault for events that occurred May 13. Jermaine Devon Thomas, 28, of Hughesville was charged with narcotics possession with intent to distribute, drug possession, drug possession with intent to distribute and marijuana possession for events that occurred May 6.
