This letter is written to personally and formally express my sincerest appreciation to Ms. Donna Norris for her outstanding commitment to patient care and welfare.

Ms. Norris goes above and beyond what is expected of most health care providers.

Her thoughtfulness and consideration of patients’ individual needs is exceptional. She is thoughtful and caring and shows a true commitment to the health care profession.

Calvert Memorial Hospital and Washington Hospital Center are lucky to have such a dedicated individual working on their team.

Ms. Norris instills a sense of calm when working with patients, her medical knowledge is reassuring when she is explaining upcoming medical procedures and she is aware of the many resources available to help patients.

In the many experiences I have had with professionals in the medical field, I have only met a few rare individuals as sincere, committed, and devoted as Ms. Donna Norris.
