Luck Messersmith, 10, of Leonardtown whips his fishing pole as he learns how to properly fly fish at the Chesapeake Bay Field Lab before trying out the real thing on St. George Creek during the School of Rockfishing camp hosted by Rob Schou. Schou said during the two weeklong sessions he hopes to teach the 23 students to become avid fishermen and environmentally conscientious.
