Restaurant to raise funds for humane society

The Humane Society of Charles County is partnering with Capt. Billy's restaurant for a Dining to Donate event from 4 to 8 p.m. Aug. 18.
The restaurant on Popes Creek Road in Faulkner will donate 10 percent of the evening's proceeds to benefit the local nonprofit.
