A Charles County grand jury has issued the following indictments:
Franklin Delano Gaskin, 42, of Washington, D.C., was charged with three counts of rogue and vagabond, theft of more than $500 and two counts of theft of less than $500 for events that occurred June 6 and 7.
Damario Johvan Gerald, 21, of Waldorf was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute and marijuana possession for events that occurred June 24.
Brian Aron Grimes, 38, of Marbury was charged with manufacturing or distributing drugs and marijuana possession for events that occurred June 10.
James Lee Gross, 23, of Brandywine was charged with theft of more than $500, unlawfully taking a motor vehicle, conspiracy to commit theft of more than $500 and conspiracy to unlawfully take a motor vehicle for events that occurred May 7.
Neil Vernon Heiss, 21, of Indian Head was charged with two counts of first-degree burglary, two counts of theft of more than $500, malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500 and theft scheme of more than $500 for events that occurred June 4.
Martin Lamont Key, 27, of Waldorf was charged with robbery, second-degree assault and attempted theft of less than $500 for events that occurred June 17.
Christopher Shawn Pinkney, 37, of Upper Marlboro was charged with two counts of theft of more than $500 and writing a bad check for events that occurred Feb. 1, 2008, and between Feb. 23 and 25, 2008.
