Charles County commissioners’ Vice President Edith J. Patterson (D) will hold a focus group meeting concerning future affordable housing possibilities in the Nanjemoy area of Charles County. The focus group will be made up of individuals from the Nanjemoy area, but the public is also encouraged to attend and listen to the ideas that are discussed. Items on the agenda include a crab harvest report, reports from the oyster⁄clam and crab advisory committees, the adoption of 2008-’09 oyster season dates, times and limits and a delinquent seafood catch report hearing.
