A free family picnic will be held from 12:30-3 p.m. Sept. 21 in Marbury for the 5th Congressional District hosted by the campaign of Collins A. Bailey, the Republican candidate for the 5th District seat. There will be a moon bounce and games. Bailey will give a speech at approximately 1:45 pm. The event will be held at 4730 Bicknell Road, Marbury.
