Prince Frederick

Two charged for possession of Percocet

Two individuals were allegedly seen using drugs in a vehicle in the parking lot of the Jasper’s American Grille in Prince Frederick on Sept. 15 at 10:30 p.m. Robert R. Douglass, 24, of Port Republic and Stacia E. Sauer, 28, of Waldorf were both arrested and charged with possession of Percocet by Dfc. Christopher Childress.

Owings

Two 20-year-olds arrested on drug charges

Dfc. Michael Naecker investigated a suspicious vehicle call on Sept. 25 at 12:26 a.m. at the tennis courts at Lake Shore Drive and Cannery Road and observed two occupants in a parked vehicle. Jacob Matthew Hood, 20, of Owings was allegedly found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia, aluminum foil formed into a smoking device. Anthony Alfred Parks, 20, of Chesapeake Beach was allegedly found to be in possession of suspected marijuana.

They were both arrested and charged accordingly.

Teen charged with possession of marijuana

On Sept. 22 at 9:17 p.m., Deputy Thomas Rickard stopped a vehicle near the intersection of Route 260 eastbound and Route 2 in Owings.

The driver, later identified as William Austin Elliton III, 19, of Dunkirk, was allegedly found to be in possession of suspected marijuana.

Elliton was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, a digital scale used to weigh drugs and a metal hose clamp commonly used to crush pills into a powdery form before being inhaled.

St. Leonard

Two arrested on drug charges

Deputy Frank Winston stopped a vehicle on Route 4 south near Ball Road in St. Leonard on Sept. 28 at 12:26 a.m.

Two passengers in the vehicle were allegedly found to be in possession of suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Jacob Lorenz Smith, 27, of West Friendship was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, and Jeremy Michael Smith, 33, of Muncie, Ind., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, a silver smoking device.
