Outpouring of support is characteristic of county

I would like to thank all of the individuals who generously donated school supplies, as well as clothing, arts and crafts supplies and household items, for children at Walden’s Compass Halfway House.

This outpouring of support so characteristic of St. Mary’s countians helped these children start the new school year well prepared and ready to learn.

At Walden, our dedicated staff offer ‘‘Help for Today; Hope for Tomorrow” for families and children in need.

We appreciate the tremendous support of the local community in helping us carry out our mission.
