A Charles County grand jury issued the following indictments:
Shawn Montel Coombs, 18, of La Plata was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute and marijuana possession for events that occurred Aug. 25.
Aaron Uriah Davis, 20, of Waldorf was charged with first-degree burglary, theft of more than $500 and malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500 for events that occurred June 1.
James Paul Lancaster Jr., 32, of Waldorf was charged with first-degree burglary, three counts of first-degree assault, three counts of second-degree assault, three counts of reckless endangerment and wearing and carrying a dangerous weapon with intent to injure for events that occurred Aug. 31.
Tyrone Anthony Matthews, 18, of Bel Alton was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute and marijuana possession for events that occurred Aug. 25.
Alan Terrell Rhodes, 21, of Upper Marlboro was charged with theft of more than $500, conspiracy to commit theft of more than $500, unlawfully taking a motor vehicle, conspiracy to unlawfully take a motor vehicle, attempted theft of more than $500, conspiracy to commit theft of more than $500, two counts of malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500, attempted fourth-degree burglary and fourth-degree burglary for events that occurred Sept. 12.
Michael Alan Roof, 19, of Port Tobacco was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute, conspiracy to manufacture or distribute drugs and marijuana possession for events that occurred Sept. 4.
