Indictments

A Charles County grand jury has issued the following indictments:

Jermall Davon Taylor, 17, of Waldorf was charged as an adult with attempted robbery with a deadly weapon, attempted robbery, wearing and carrying a dangerous weapon with intent to injure, second-degree assault, malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500 and conspiracy to commit robbery for events that occurred June 15.

Devon Lee Taylor, 17, of Accokeek was charged as an adult with first-degree assault, second-degree assault, conspiracy to commit first-degree assault and conspiracy to commit second-degree assault for events that occurred Aug. 10.

Jason Keith Slater, 31, of Newburg was charged with first-degree burglary, theft of more than $500 and malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500 for events that occurred Aug. 1.

Carl Eric Nelson, 28, of Brandywine was charged with two counts of manufacturing or distributing narcotics for events that occurred June 26 and July 2.

Marc Carlyle McLaughlin, 20, of Waldorf was charged with armed robbery, robbery, first-degree assault, second-degree assault, theft of less than $500, conspiracy to commit armed robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery for events that occurred Sept. 7.

Elizabeth Ann Kauffman, 30, of Bowie was charged with two counts of theft of more than $500 and two counts of conspiracy to commit theft of more than $500 for events that occurred June 22 and 28.

Jacqueline Ann Banks, 44, of Hyattsville was charged with counterfeiting private documents, issuing a false document and attempted theft of more than $500 for events that occurred July 22.

Ernest Ellis Minor, 23, of Indian Head was charged with armed robbery and conspiracy to commit armed robbery for events that occurred Aug. 17.

Sabrina Velasquez, 26, of Indian Head was charged with armed robbery and conspiracy to commit armed robbery for events that occurred Aug. 17.

Tanesha Linette Brooks, 24, of Waldorf was charged with physical second-degree child abuse and two counts of second-degree assault for events that occurred Sept. 23.

Demetri Deangelo Farrell, 21, of Upper Marlboro was charged with theft of more than $500, conspiracy to commit theft of more than $500, unlawfully taking a motor vehicle, conspiracy to unlawfully take a motor vehicle, attempted theft of more than $500, conspiracy to commit theft of more than $500, two counts of malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500, attempted fourth-degree burglary and fourth-degree burglary for events that occurred Sept. 12. Farrell was charged in a separate case with first-degree assault, second-degree assault, malicious destruction of property valued at more than $500 and theft of more than $10,000 and less than $100,000 for events that occurred Oct. 2.

Antoine Lavar Shippen, 31, of Philadelphia, was charged with third-degree sex offense for events that occurred Sept. 23, 2008.

Adeniyi J. Adebiyi, 25, of Upper Marlboro was charged with counterfeiting a private document, issuing a false document, attempted theft of more than $500, three counts of fraud, two counts of conspiracy to commit theft of more than $500 and two counts of conspiracy to commit fraud for events that occurred July 10.

Alexia Monique Delloatch, 20, of Upper Marlboro was charged with counterfeiting a private document, issuing a false document, attempted theft of more than $500, three counts of fraud, two counts of conspiracy to commit theft of more than $500 and two counts of conspiracy to commit fraud for events that occurred July 10.

Alex Craig Mori, 23, of White Plains was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute and marijuana possession for events that occurred Sept. 7.

Billy Frank Stone, 24, of Hollywood was charged with first-degree burglary, theft of more than $500, conspiracy to commit first-degree burglary and conspiracy to commit theft of more than $500 for events that occurred Aug. 23.

Juston Mandell Wade, 23, of Waldorf was charged with first-degree burglary, theft of more than $500, conspiracy to commit first-degree burglary and conspiracy to commit theft of more than $500 for events that occurred Aug. 23.

Dwain Patrick Hawkins Jr., 21, of La Plata was charged with second-degree assault, false statement to a peace officer and disorderly conduct for events that occurred Aug. 30.

Mark Andrew Barbino, 28, of La Plata was charged with theft scheme of more than $500, three counts of conspiracy to commit theft of more than $500, 39 counts of manufacturing or distributing narcotics and 11 counts of obtaining drugs by fraud for events that occurred between July 16, 2007 and July 3, 2009.
