Indictments

A Charles County grand jury issued the following indictments.

Sean Monroe McMillon, 28, of Indian Head was charged with second-degree sex offense by force, attempted second-degree rape, causing someone to ingest bodily fluid and second-degree assault for events that occurred Dec. 1, 2007.

Gloria Ann Carter, 47, of Waldorf was charged with first-degree assault and second-degree assault for events that occurred Sept. 12.

Oscar David Abarca, 32, of Waldorf was charged with attempting visual surveillance of someone's private area for events that occurred Aug. 7, 2009.

Jamar Joseph Campbell, 20, of Waldorf was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute and marijuana possession for events that occurred Sept. 24.

Brittany Groves, 17, of Waldorf was charged as an adult with attempted robbery with a deadly weapon, two counts of armed robbery and three counts of conspiracy to commit armed robbery for events that occurred Aug. 31.

Michael Samuel Gozzi, 21, of Waldorf was charged with attempted robbery with a deadly weapon, two counts of armed robbery and three counts of conspiracy to commit armed robbery for events that occurred Aug. 31.

Jerrod Lamont Benson, 18, currently residing in the Charles County jail, was charged with attempted robbery with a deadly weapon, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, two counts of armed robbery and two counts of conspiracy to commit armed robbery for events that occurred Aug. 31.

Ronnell Demarcus Murphy, 17, of Waldorf was charged as an adult with attempted robbery with a deadly weapon, two counts of armed robbery and three counts of conspiracy to commit armed robbery for events that occurred Aug. 31.

David Reed Jones Jr., 16, of Waldorf was charged as an adult with first-degree assault, second-degree assault, conspiracy to commit first-degree assault and conspiracy to commit second-degree assault for events that occurred Aug. 10.

Gerrell Maurice Bledsoe, 18, of Waldorf was charged with first-degree assault, second-degree assault, conspiracy to commit first-degree assault and conspiracy to commit second-degree assault for events that occurred Aug. 10.

Daniel Patrick Tipton, 34, of Indian Head was charged with two counts of first-degree assault, reckless endangerment, second-degree assault and wearing, carrying and transporting a handgun for events that occurred Sept. 28.

Steven Christopher Gross Jr., 23, of Oxon Hill was charged with three counts of armed robbery, three counts of robbery, three counts of first-degree assault, three counts of second-degree assault, three counts of theft of less than $500, six counts of using a handgun in commission of a felony or violent crime, wearing, carrying and transporting a handgun, carrying a dangerous weapon on school property and conspiracy to commit armed robbery for events that occurred Sept. 22.

Johrel Lamar Key, 17, of Waldorf was charged as an adult with three counts of armed robbery, three counts of robbery, three counts of first-degree assault, three counts of second-degree assault, three counts of theft of less than $500, six counts of using a handgun in commission of a felony or violent crime, wearing, carrying and transporting a handgun, carrying a dangerous weapon on school property, possession of a regulated firearm by a person younger than 21 and conspiracy to commit armed robbery for events that occurred Sept. 22.

Alan Terrell Rhodes, 21, of Upper Marlboro was charged with first-degree assault, second-degree assault, malicious destruction of property valued at more than $500 and theft of more than $10,000 and less than $100,000 for events that occurred Oct. 2.

Oryan McElbert Bradley, 20, of Waldorf was charged with manufacturing or distributing drugs for events that occurred Sept. 11.
