Maryland Department of Human Resources is seeking comment on the possibility of revising the child support guidelines in Maryland. Charles County Republican Central Committee will meet at 7 p.m. Nov. 9 at the Southern Maryland Business Center, 3195 Old Washington Road, Waldorf. Any registered Republican is encouraged to attend to meet candidates and discuss the filing process. Charles County Board of Zoning and Appeals will meet at 7 p.m. Nov. 10 in the county commissioners' meeting room in the county government building, 200 Baltimore St., La Plata. Items on the agenda include a public hearing on a special exception request by AT&T to erect a telecommunications tower higher than 50 feet on Tranquility Place in Indian Head and a public hearing on a special exception request to surface mine less than 10 acres to create an agricultural irrigation pond on property on Trinity Church Road in Charlotte Hall.
