Wayne Harrison Gladu, 66, of Mechanicsville died Nov. 3, 2009, at his residence.

Born Dec. 16, 1942, in Washington, D.C., he was the son of the late Leonard and Mary Kirchner Gladu.

The family will receive friends Sunday, Nov. 8, from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home chapel in Leonardtown, where a memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Michael Wilkins will officiate. Inurnment will be private.
