Leaf pickup continues

Indian Head's leaf vacuum will run every day until the first snowfall. Residents should rake their leaves to the curb.

Residents can also bag leaves in brown paper bags or put them in a trash can marked yard waste. Yard waste is picked up on Wednesdays.

Pisgah Seventh-day Adventist Church will distribute food for the emergency food assistance program from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at the church at 5830 Bumpy Oak Road in Bryans Road. Call 301-283-3041.

Bryans Road Volunteer Fire Department ladies auxiliary will hold a craft fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 14 at the firehouse on Livingston Road. Call 240-377-8435 or 301-375-7869.

Indian Head United Methodist Church will hold a bazaar from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 14 at the church at 19 Mattingly Avenue. The event will have hand-crafted items, white elephant table, baked goods and more.

Bethany Christian Church will hold a craft fair from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 14 at the church at 7128 Allentown Road in Fort Washington. Call 240-248-4600.
