Charles County Commissioners and La Plata Town Council will meet at 4 p.m. Nov. 17 for a joint meeting to discuss issues that impact the county and town, including a transportation study being done by the county and amending the terms of a Developer's Rights and Responsibility Agreement between the town, county and GP Homes, the developer of the Heritage Green mixed-use community to be built off Rosewick Road in La Plata.
