Stephanie Michelle Groth, 34, Waldorf

She was a statistician analyst with the Census Bureau for 10 years. She attended Charles County public schools and graduated from Frostburg State University. She enjoyed photography, animals, collecting elephant figurines and spending time with family and friends. She was fond of her dog, Louie.

Born Dec. 8, 1973, in Washington, D.C., she was the daughter of Charles Michael Kelley and Gladys Elaine Kodwell Kelley.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her aunts and uncles, John and Linda Slattery of La Plata, Herbert and Sue Kidwell of Florida, Ernest Kidwell of North Carolina and Lewis Kelley of Hughesville; and a number of cousins and other family.

Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until time of service at 1 p.m. Nov. 17 at Raymond Funeral Service chapel, La Plata. The Rev. Keith Gascon will officiate. Burial will take place at Trinity Memorial Gardens, Waldorf.
