Hailey Lynn Duncan, infant, of Fort Washington died Nov. 3, 2006.
Born Nov. 3, 2006, in Clinton, she was the daughter of Phillip Thomas Head and Brandy Lynn Duncan.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her paternal grandparents, Thomas Head and Barbara Stark; maternal grandmother, Angel Duncan; and twin sister, Brittney Nicole Head.
All services were private.
Arrangements were handled by Raymond Funeral Service in La Plata.
